1) Physical Therapist NEEDED ASAP

We are seeking a FULL TIME OR PART TIME Physical Therapist that has one year facility or out-patient clinic experience and valid New York State PT license. Home Care experience a plus but NOT required. We Provide: A friendly, patient & employee oriented atmosphere, a full time and part time benefit package, mileage reimbursement, and enhanced salaries. Responsibilities: To provide direct Physical Therapy assessment, intervention, evaluation, and implementation of therapeutic plans of care for home care patients. Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides. We are also looking for a PER DIEM Physical Therapist for the Ellenville area - FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES ARE WELCOME!!!

2) Occupational Therapist

This homecare agency is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist for the northern part of Ulster County (Saugerties, Woodstock, Boiceville, Phoencia etc.). We are also looking for a Full Time or Part Time OT to join our team. Mileage reimbursement, paid lunch, and benefit package available for Full Time and Part Time employees. All OT applicants must posses two years facility experience, AND a current New York State Occupational Therapist registration required. Work in a friendly, patient & employee oriented atmosphere. Resume & salary requirement preferred.

3) Speech Language Pathologist

Speech Language Pathologist This homecare agency is seeking a per diem Speech Therapist for the southern part of Ulster County. We are also looking for a Part Time Speech Therapist. Benefit package available. Speech Therapist must have a Minimum of two years experience in health facility, a M.A. or M.S. in Speech/Language Pathology and a Current NYS registration of licensure. Duties: Administers diagnostic speech and language, and/or swallowing evaluations and some basic audiological screenings, Provides direct speech service to patients under physician’s orders, Demonstrates therapy and counsels the nurse, paraprofessional, family member, or other responsible person who may assist the patient with speech and language, and/or swallowing rehabilitation, Re-evaluates the patient’s progress and therapy program making changes as necessary under the physician’s collaboration, which may include assisting in referring patients to speech and audiology clinics and other community agencies.
