1) ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

FT position in Kingston responsible for ensuring the quality of the services delivered are implemented in accordance with Agency mission, policy and procedure, and all other regulatory agency requirements. Primary responsibilities include regulatory oversight, fiscal management, coordinate length of stay, staff training and support. BA/BS and four years experience (2 yrs must include supervisory responsibilities) in residential program. We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills and knowledge of OPWDD/OMH and Medicaid regulations. Knowledge of HUD and grant writing is a plus. Oversight in Ulster and Dutchess Counties.

2) RESIDENTIAL MANAGER

FT position in Kingston responsible for managing the day to day operations of the program including the responsibility for staff supervision, safe and therapeutic care of the residents and the home in accordance with Gateway's goals and certifying regulations. Function as a OMRP. Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field and a minimum of 2 yrs exp working directly with persons with mental retardation or DD & 1 yr supervisory exp.

3) SITE SUPERVISOR

Full time position in Kingston responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the OPWDD resident programs including the responsibility for staff supervision, safe and therapeutic care of the residents in accordance with Gateway's goals, certifying bodies and individualized habilitation plans. Function as a QMRP. Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field and minimum of yr exp working directly with persons with mental retardation or DD & 1 yr supervisory exp.

4) SR. RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR

Full time position in Kingston responsible for planning and implementing individual service plans for residents according to the residents according to the resident's preference, treatment team recommendations, Gateway's goals OPWDD regulations. Associate's degree in a human service field plus 3 yrs expin human services preferred or HS/GED diploma with 5 years experience in human services.

5) RESIDENTIAL COUNSELORS

Full time and part time positions responsible to facilitate the growth and development of the skills necessary for independent living through training and assistance in the core services areas mandated by OPWDD and Medicaid, in accordance with the residents Treatment Plans and Gateway's goals. HSD or equivalent plus 1 yr related experience required. Must attend staff meetings.

6) OFFICE PRODUCT MANAGER

Full time position in New Paltz responsible for managing the operations of Office Products including all NYS, Federal & private company contracts and internet sales. Supervise and train all Office Product staff and trainees. Maintain all Office Products contracts in a quality and cost-efficient manner. Manage the NP Work Center. Coordinate all activities that need to take place to ensure the safety and well being of all staff and trainees in the facility. HSD or equivalent w/3 yrs production/ manufacturing exp plus 2 yrs supervisory exp. Manufacturing and supply chain mgmt exp required. Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

7) LEAD CUSTODIAL WORKER

Full time evening position responsible for supervising trainee work crews at Gateway facilities and offsite commercial and private locations, and instruct trainees in skills and behaviors necessary to achieve competitive or sheltered employment in the field of housekeeping. HSD or equivalent and 1 yr exp in the field of commercial cleaning or 1 yr exp in a training or supervisory position in the field of housekeeping. Ability and willingness to work various work shifts; Ability to work with heavy duty cleaning equipment including such items as: ladders, shampooers, buffers, etc. necessary. Able to lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds.
